Our Clinicians
Tobin Haas, Psy.D.
Dr. Haas obtained his doctorate degree from the Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA. His assessment training began while working for the California Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) where he provided evaluative services for individuals with physical disabilities to include deaf and blind individuals. He also completed evaluations to determine eligibility for state and federally-based service programs. Dr. Haas completed his predoctoral training at Community Reach Center, a Colorado community-based mental health program. He then completed his postdoctoral fellowship with Rocky Mountain Behavioral Medicine under the supervision of Dr. Kendra Sherwood and Dr. Valerie Sims. There he provided neuropsychological assessment services for a variety of clients experiencing a number of different concerns. He has also received post-doctoral neuropsychological training through Fielding University in Santa Barbara, CA from Dr. Arnold Purisch. This training fulfills requirements in neuropsychology established by the Houston Conference. Dr. Haas has over 20 years of experience in the mental health field working in a variety of psychiatric settings.
Dr. Haas spends his downtime hiking the mountains and foothills of Colorado. He also enjoys cooking, gardening, and finding excuses to ferment a variety of foods in his home pantry.
Afik Faeman, Ph.D.
Dr. Faerman received his doctorate degree in clinical psychology with neuropsychology emphasis from Palo Alto University, CA. He was trained in neuropsychology at UCSF Departments of Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Psychiatry and completed his APA-accredited predoctoral internship in the Neuropsychology/Rehabilitation track at Baylor College of Medicine and TIRR Memorial Hermann in Houston, TX. Dr. Faerman completed his postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University as a National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) T32 Fellow, combining clinical neuropsychological services with research and teaching. He is involved in several leadership positions, most recently as a member of the Early Career Committee of the American Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology (AACN). Dr. Faerman is a licensed psychologist in Colorado and Texas.
Sarah Schubmehl, Psy.D.
Dr. Schubmehl received her doctoral degree in psychology from the Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA. She completed an APA-approved, APPCN-member neuropsychology postdoctoral fellowship in neuropsychology with the Maine VA Health Care System. She completed an APA-accredited predoctoral internship in geropsychology with additional training in neuropsychology and traumatic brain injury at the Denver VA Medical Center. Dr. Schubmehl has a masters in education from UC Santa Barbara and spent her early career teaching at a continuation high school. She completed her undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley. Dr. Schubmehl is a licensed psychologist in Colorado. Her research has focused on treatments for the non-motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease. She spends her free time running and hiking in the mountains.
Our Counselors
Emma Seavey, LCSW
Emma is a licensed social worker and has worked with a variety of diverse populations in Southern California and within the State of Colorado. She earned her undergraduate degree in psychology with double minors in criminology and English literature from the University of Denver. She then completed her Master’s degree in Social Work with a concentration in mental health and trauma at the University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work.
Since obtaining her MSW, Emma has worked with a variety of diverse populations in Southern California. She has experience working with trauma and survivors of gender violence. Emma has recently returned to the beautiful state of Colorado and looks forward to re-experiencing all it has to offer.

Jasmine Miles
Jasmine received her undergraduate degree in psychology from Metropolitan State University of Denver. She has extensive experience working with at-risk individuals from a number of different backgrounds and situations. As a staff psychometrist for Boulder Neuro, Jasmine plays an integral role in the services provided for our clients, ensuring they receive the best treatment possible while in our care. Jasmine’s commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others can be seen in her time spent with clients and our practice as a whole.
Jasmine is a Colorado native and loves everything this wonderful state has to offer. When she is not working, Jasmine enjoys indulging in sweet treats and exploring the mountains, forests, and the great outdoors.
